Shopify Partner Application Step 1: Navigate to the backend settings, select Users – Security, copy the collaborator code, and send it to your agent.   Step 2: Await the DropSure collaborator’s application submission, then accept the request. Please do not decline, as this will prevent us from providing collaborator services or troubleshooting issues for you subsequently. Should you decline, DropSure will require 1-2 days to resubmit the application, significantly delaying our ability to resolve your concerns. Finally, await resolution by DropSure’s partner collaborators. Once the matter is settled, DropSure will revoke access to your shop.   DropSure’s account within your shop’s backend will be removed, and we shall no longer be able to access your store. Rest assured.

How to publish DropSure products to Shopify Step 1: Click on the product to enter the product details page.   Step 2: Click Publish to Store, select the linked Shopify store, and click Confirm.     Step 3: Select the SKUs you want to keep, set the price and inventory, and submit.     Step 4: Click Inventory, select the DropSure Fulfillment location, check all, and click Bulk edit.   Step 5: Click Columns, select the Stocked at field, drop down and change all Stocked at fields to Multiple locations, then click Save to save the settings.   Step 6: Preview the product to see that it can be purchased and added to the shopping cart.

Step 1: Access the Shopify admin, select Locations, and click Add new inventory location. Click to enter the Shopify admin, select the location, and click “Add new inventory location” for Hangzhou. You will see that the new inventory location has been created. Step 2: Click on Dispatch and Shipping to modify the order routing, delivery charges, and delivery zones. If a product is only in stock in Hangzhou but has no delivery charges or delivery zones configured, it cannot be purchased. Click Shipping to set delivery charges for the product Click “Add Rate” at the corresponding location at the bottom. Modify order routing: if an item has stock available across multiple locations, utilise the inventory according to the priority set in the order routing configuration.。 Step 3: Click on the product to allocate its inventory to the Hangzhou stock location. Step 4: You can now see that the product is available for purchase. Although this Christmas tree item has stock in both Hangzhou and the shop location, the order inventory utilises the Hangzhou stock. This allocation follows the order routing priority we have configured.

Average Shipping Times Per Country If the country you are looking for is not listed, it means we currently do not have sufficient shipping data to include it in this list, as we have not yet fulfilled enough orders to that destination. If shipping is available, the estimated delivery time may range between 10 to 15 days, though actual transit times could be shorter or longer depending on logistics conditions. This is a standard seasonal pattern, as manufacturers and logistics providers operate under increased demand. We recommend updating any customer-facing processing and delivery timeframes accordingly to set accurate expectations. Normal shipping times will resume after the holiday period. DropSure Refund, Exchange & Return Policy  This policy applies to all orders fulfilled via the DropSure platform. Its purpose is to clarify the scope, specific conditions, and procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges, so as to safeguard user rights, ensure service quality, and define each party’s responsibilities. Subscription Service Refund Terms  DropSure will only process a refund for the most recent subscription fee under the following conditions:● The refund request must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of the actual charge date;● Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted;● Refunds apply only to service cycles for which no substantive performance obligation has yet been fulfilled.
